Commission four Catgirl

A commission for my friend Alex ^^. she originally asked for something else, but in the end we both kinda decided this picture (which I'd been working on at the same time as the original commish pic, (a foxboy)) was a better candidate, and that she wanted this one instead ^^

anyway, inspired =tsukiaki 'cause I was at her house the day I started this and she was wearing a miniskirt and leg warmers and all that jazz, and it looked cute, and I drew my own version XD.
